Refunds & Cancellations Policy – HeartWoven Speed Dating

1. Event Cancellation (by us)

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a choice of:

    1. A full refund, OR

    2. A transfer to another event of your choice.

 

2. Participant Cancellation (by you)

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

 

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend the event without prior notice, your ticket is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

 

4. Match Guarantee

  • At HeartWoven Speed Dating, we believe in real compatibility.

  • If you attend an event and do not receive at least one mutual match, you will be offered a complimentary ticket to a future event.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
